Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific model.

Pack Securely

Place the item in its original packaging with all filters, membranes, and installation hardware included to ensure a full refund.

Ship the Item

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Receive Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify it has not been wetted or used, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
